We’ve published a new video. It features the newly developed construction method by Paul. Using this method, we were able to create the very first one-off sailing yacht without a mold. This not only reduces lead time, but also produces much less waste. For this more sustainable construction method, we used a relatively new product: the 3D Core KitTM.
For the Eagle 46, a minimal wooden building mold is used to bond in the thermoformed foam Core KitTM . The foam Core KitTM then forms the basis for laminating the inner and outer skins. Watch the first episode to find out more.
