In this episode, we dive deeper into the construction process of the 71ft carbon sailing yacht, both above and below deck.
Since the last video, the deck has come a long way. Laminated with multiple carbon layers, fitted with stiffeners, and featuring smart solutions like integrated line boxes — all to create a clean and ultra-stiff structure.
Meanwhile, in the second hall, the hull has been prepped for baking. After laminating the sprint layers, the full vacuum bagging process is applied — ready to be cured in a 30-meter-long oven. Getting the temperature right is critical for strength and consistency.
