PDC regularly makes boommoulds for one of the largest mast builders in the world. These boom jigs range in length from 10 to the largest of 26m in length. These boom moulds are used by the mastmaker to produce a carbon prepreg boom. The molds are finished by us with Teflon and set on location. So that the client can get started right away.
